A MOTIVATING PLATFORM
I was part of the jury in January 2017 in the Pune and Bangalore legs of the competition. I was delighted to be invited as it is a very good platform for schools to motivate their students. I enjoyed it and found it very organised... it’s a very good idea and concept.

HUNGER FOR LEARNING
The biggest learning for me was to see the hun-ger the kids have to learn and understand the passion for food they are showing. For the stu-dents, it was seeing the competition’s organisa-tion and logistics unfolding.

COOKING COMBO
What was I looking for? Well, I was specifically judging the food taste/presentation and ingre-dients combination.

YCO — BIGGER & BETTER
Involving colleges in their own countries, doing a sort of internal competition which will see the winner going to India for the YCO finals.
