Its one of the largest Chef competition in the world at college level. YCO not only allows the contestant to put their skills and creativity on the plate but also boost their moral and confidence to win something big.

In my opinion this is an fantastic platform to bring the awareness among the youngster who in the future of this planet. I think YCO is largest gathering of the worlds youngest chefs under one IIHM umbrella.
As a chef I have responsibility of Zero wastage while planning preparing and dishing out food. And also i would support zero hunger where food should not go waste and feed as much to erase the hunger.
Yes country like India is in the front foot with food soldiers all over trying to feed the poor and distributing food to the needy.. At work place we take pride of carrying flag of zero wastage.

IIHM is actively supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger

Its a great drive and showing very positive results already.
